When should I arrive?
Please come and stay for as much of the day as possible. In the event that you can’t stay for long, please arrive at least 45 minutes before your presentation. This will help us get you checked-in, mic’d up, and near the stage on time.
Where can I park?
In parking lot under the venue building.

You can use this address to find the parking lot entrance: 657 S Flower St, Los Angeles, CA 90017
Please visit the registration table after your talk/presentation to receive your parking validation ticket.
What happens I arrive?
The venue is on the 2nd floor of the building.
Once you exit the elevator on the 2nd floor, proceed to the registration table and let the check-in team know that you are a speaker. Someone will then lead you to the lounge area.
What should I wear?
Come in comfortable attire. The audience will be wearing jeans and T-Shirts.
Please keep in mind that your presentation will be recorded, so wear whatever you do mind being videotaped in.

Do I need a presentation?
If we’ve been in conversation about you developing a PowerPoint presentation, please send it to me (firstname.lastname@example.org) in 16:9 format by Sunday, April 14th. Please use common fonts and minimize videos. I will be combining all presentations in one master deck to mitigate as many technical issues as possible and speed up speaker transitions.
