Please be aware that this is a high-rise building and our venue (Cross Campus) is on the second floor. Once you arrive at the building lobby, let security know you are going to Cross Campus and head towards the elevator.

When should I arrive?
Between 8 AM and 8:30 AM.

L.A. traffic can be fierce and the agenda is packed with content you’ll want to hear right from the beginning. Doors open at 8 AM and programming will start right at 9 AM. Give yourself enough time to arrive, find parking, and get settled into your seat.


Where can I park?
There are several low-cost parking lots around the venue.

Due to the high cost of parking, we recommend taking the Metro or ride sharing to the Summit.

  • The venue is right next to the 7th Street/Metro Center stop, serviced by the Red, Purple, and Blue Lines.


What should I wear?
It’s Friday, so start your weekend comfortably.

We recommend wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

How should I prepare?
See who’s speaking and come with questions! This conference is designed to be both informative and conversational.

What am I going to eat?
We’ll be providing breakfast and lunch, with plenty of snacks in between. There will be gluten-free and dairy-free options available.

What if I can no longer attend?
Being so close to the date, your ticket is no longer refundable, but it is transferable to someone else in your organization.
